Welcome to Heard Words! I'm Nathan. I've been writing stories since age six. Now I'm twenty-four and I've written seven novels (working on getting one published), dozens of short stories, and hundreds of poems, many of which I'll post to this website.
I earned my BA in Creative Writing at Pepperdine University and my MFA in Fiction Writing (Fantasy/Speculative) at Augsburg College.
I have published one short story in an anthology. I've also had poems published in Pepperdine's literary magazines Currents (Winter 2019 issue) and The Interlocutor. One of my poems was also published in Radical Beauty, a collection of poetry and art memorializing the Woolsey Fire from November 2018.
